Brittany was so nice! Great conversation and made me feel better since it was my first time and I wasn’t too sure which car wash I wanted. She made the experience enjoyable and I will be back

This morning I had been running errands and one of them was to clean out the inside of my car. So I went to Big Sammy’s and as I was cleaning my car such a polite gentleman approached asking if I had Been looking into getting a car wash and I had mentioned how I would next time I get paid and he had been so sweet and understanding! He insisted on helping me clean my car by letting me get a wash for free. This place has always been such a pleasure because I’ve been going here since I first got my car last June.

Danny and Eliana are awesome great customer service . I appreciate that they’re working on Mother’s Day. They made a negative experience with another car really really positive for us and my children loved the car wash.

Not great... this was right after I got back from the wash. Where do I start, all 4 tires did not get full tire shine coverage, the tailgate wasnt sprayed at all in the center. I watched the air blown towel dryer not lower onto my truck until it was halfway past the dryer. Maybe it was an off day but not great. It almost felt likenthey were running the wash at a fast pace, cars felt tightly packed in too. I'm not knocking the owner because im sure they care about their business and want the place to perform well but not a fan of these new car wash buildings at all. These new washes are designed to reduce staff, boost profit and attempt to give the customer a similar experience. A hand applied tire shine wouldnt have missed this, a hand towel dry team that wipes down the cars after the blowers wouldnt have missed half my truck. Not impressed. I understand I could have come back and they would have re-ran me through for free but it's a cold day and I was short on time. Again not knocking the owner here, could have been an off day, but not impressed with these new wash locations so far.
